Fun and excellence has been her main focus for over 20 years of teaching beginners to advanced students. Kari studied piano with Adelaide Banezynsky at Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, focused on piano performance at Luther College, and studied classical guitar at Mount Holyoke College where she finished her undergraduate degree. She achieved Grade VIII through the Royal Colleges of Music in England. Kari studied classical voice, directed many church choirs, and enjoys coaching singers of all ages and genres especially classical, musical theatre, and rock. Kari fronted the Cape Cod rock band "Daughter Judy" for many years. Presently she plays horn with the Falmouth Chamber Players Orchestra and Falmouth Town Band. Husband, Andrew, teaches at Morse Pond middle school in Falmouth.
